Logix Development Spinoff Offers Computer Support for Businesses

24x7 Tech, a new spinoff of Logix Development Corp. in Camarillo, is offering 24-hour, seven-day computer technical support to businesses throughout Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

Customers can call day or night to ask a technical question or request a company representative to arrive at the site to trouble-shoot a computer or network problem, said Ryan Blair, vice president for technical services. Technicians will be dispatched to arrive from one to three hours after the request, depending on the customer’s service contract.

Blair said his company is trying to fill a “giant service gap” in the computer marketplace.

“Through our research, we’ve found that the need for fast, reliable information technology support, especially for networks, is growing rapidly and far exceeds the amount of help that is currently available,” Blair said.

Logix Development, a 140-employee privately held company, delivers software systems to customers in more than 70 countries. It also offers call center, data processing, credit card processing, casino management systems and custom technology development services.
