Broadband Digital Names 3 New VPs

Andrea Sloan Pink has joined Broadband Digital Group as vice president of legal affairs and general counsel. Arman Afsar has been named vice president of client services, and Karen Johnson has joined the company as vice president of information technology.

Pink was previously with the law firm of Gibson Dunn and Crutcher LLP and held positions at Cooley Godward LLP and American Cable Television. Afsar was formerly director of network operations and director of technical support for EarthLink Network Inc. Johnson was also formerly with EarthLink Network Inc., where she served as senior manager of broad-band systems support and integration.

Lou Lucci has joined National Pacific Mortgage in Anaheim as senior loan officer. Lucci has been in real estate for 10 years, focusing on the Irvine area. National Pacific is a division of Old Kent Financial.

Molly D. Millican has been named vice president of the Orange office of Bank of Orange County. She had been vice president of Orange National Bank.

James A. Ellis, senior vice president and regional manager of Citizens Business Bank’s sales and service division, has moved to the Southern region, which includes Orange and Riverside counties. He had been with the bank’s Eastern region for the past four years. Ellis will be based in the Katella office in Orange.

In addition, Douglas Wolfe has been appointed vice president of the bank’s Plaza office in Orange County. He was formerly vice president and manager of California Bank & Trust in Anaheim.

Kathy Schwendimann has joined Catellus Residential Group in Irvine as vice president of design. She had been a senior designer with Saddleback Interiors in Corona del Mar.

Geoffrey Moore has been appointed chairman and co-chief executive of FreeRealTime.com in Irvine. In addition, Michael Neufeld was named chief financial officer and executive vice president. Moore has more than 15 years of management experience in the financial services industry, serving as managing director and general partner for the Shamrock Group. Before that, he was a first vice president with Paine Webber investment banking in New York and Los Angeles. Neufeld most recently served for five years as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Rand Technology Inc., a semiconductor distributor in Irvine.

N. Bradford Brooks has been named to the newly created position of assistant vice president, Internet development manager for Santa Ana-based Safeco Select Insurance Services. He will be based in the regional service center in Nashville, Tenn.
