‘Financing Small Deals’ at Real Estate Seminar

Developers and investors involved in the growing number of real estate deals under $10 million will participate in a seminar on Wednesday sponsored by the Los Angeles chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
“Financing Small Deals” will explore what equity investors are looking for, loan availability, the impact of rising interest rates and an analysis of several case studies.
The morning program will be held in the lower level auditorium of Arco Center in downtown Los Angeles. Admission for noninstitute members is $40. For information call (213) 236-4882.
