HT Communications Acquires Data Multiplexers

HT Communications in Simi Valley announced that the company has acquired the entire family of data multiplexer products from Data Race Inc. of Los Angeles.

The acquisition includes newly developed and not-yet-released products. The products include remote and central site voice/fax and data multiplexers capable of servicing up to 64 communication channels in a single package.

“The products will expand our market presence and bring more than $1 million in new revenue to HT within the first year,” President Roger L. Free said. “HT intends to capitalize on the international distribution network that presently handles these products.”
