Need2Buy.com Names Vice President of Strategy

Need2Buy.com in Westlake Village, a business-to-business online marketplace for buyers and sellers of electronic components, has named Clark R. Decker as vice president of strategy.

Decker will formulate the company’s overall business strategy, with an emphasis on integrating Need2Buy’s products into the existing business processes of buyers, distributors and component manufacturers.

Decker previously was a senior manager of supply chain strategy with Andersen Consulting LLP, where he focused on the design and implementation of a wide variety of strategies for companies in the semiconductor, computer and communications industries.

Decker holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
