Netsol International to Acquire Supernet

Netsol International Inc. in Calabasas said it has signed a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire Supernet, an Internet service provider based in Germany.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Netsol develops software for the information technology industry.
