A program that brings the city’s senior citizens together in a social environment celebrates its 27th year this month.
The Feedback Foundation, serves lunch to senior citizens.
“The goal is to keep seniors out of retirement homes by keeping them active in the community,” said Richard Rosenberg, field service manager for the foundation’s meal program. “By getting people away from their homes and into a social situation, we provide an outlet for their energy.”
