Irvine Firm Names Director of Planning

Roger W. Mobley has joined Danielian Associates in Irvine as director of planning. Previously, he headed his own planning consultant firm in Mission Viejo. Before that, Mobley was vice president and office manager for David Evans and Associates Inc. in Laguna Hills and senior vice president and principal for the Keith Cos. in Costa Mesa.

* Tammie J. Arnold, John B. Brynjolfsson, Wendy W. Cupps, James M. Keller, Raymond G. Kennedy Jr., Scott A. Mather and Thomas J. Otterbein have been appointed executive vice presidents at Newport Beach-based Pacific Investment Management Co., the fixed-income unit of Pimco Advisors Holdings. In addition, Brian P. Baker, Sandra K. Durn, Mark R. Kiesel, David C. Lown, Michael E. Martini, Kumar Palghat, Terry A. Randall, Seth R. Ruthen, Jeffrey M. Sargent, Chris P. Sullivan, Paul C. Westhead, John F. Wilson and Changhong Zhu were named senior vice presidents.

* Jeffrey A. Feltch has been named president of DisplayWorks, an Irvine exhibit manufacturer. He was formerly chief financial officer and general manager. He succeeds Jim Stoneman, chairman and founder, as president.

* Dave Smith has been appointed president and chief executive of IndustrialVortex.com in Laguna Hills. Smith has 33 years in the industrial automation sector and has been a principal in several Southern California start-ups, including ComputerAutomation, Triconex, Wonderware and, most recently, ObjectAutomation.

Ken Forster is the new vice president and chief technical officer. He most recently managed the control systems architecture group for Philip Morris.

John Callahan was appointed vice president of strategic alliances. Callahan had been an automation specialist for Siemens Energy and Automation. Chuck Kallal was named vice president of marketing. He previously managed the international sales activities of Object-Automation.

In addition, Robert Turner was appointed vice president of administration. He most recently coached management team development for several private and publicly traded companies. Tryge Durye is the new vice president and chief knowledge broker. Durye chairs the Executive Committee, an international organization for chief executives, and sits on the board of directors of several e-commerce companies.
