Carr Named CFO of Uniloc PC Preload
Jack A. Carr is the new chief financial officer for Uniloc PC Preload Inc. in Huntington Beach. Previously, Carr was president of an aerospace company and served as group vice president at Parker Hannifin Corp.
* Vineer Bhansali has been appointed to the new position of executive vice president and head of domestic analytics for portfolio management for Pacific Investment Management Co. in Newport Beach. He joined the company from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was vice president of proprietary fixed-income trading.
* Robert E. Berenguer, operations manager for the Irvine office of Turner Construction Co., has been appointed vice president. He has been with Turner since 1979.
* Hatem El-Sebaaly has been named chief technology officer of IPNet Solutions Inc. in Newport Beach. Most recently, El-Sebaaly headed his own software consulting firm. Before that, he worked for Harris Corp. and General Electric Medical Systems.
* Sean McRoberts has joined Corbin & Wertz in Irvine as technology administrator. He had been a network administrator at Nova Information Systems Inc. in Irvine.
* Steve Acterman has joined Volt Information Sciences in Orange as director of information technology support for the Volt Services Group division. He was previously with Optum Inc., Raytheon Data Systems and Hughes Electronics.
* Brent Adams has been appointed to the new position of corporate controller for Caliber Collision Centers in Irvine. Adams was formerly with Canon Computer Systems.
* Cassandra Gharadjedaghi has joined RiechesBaird Advertising, Public Relations and E-business as media account executive. She was previously an account executive for Zone of Trust/Credo Inc., a network security consultant firm in Laguna Hills, and a market analyst for MyPost Inc.
* Tony Barber has been named vice president and general manager of Shurflo Pump Manufacturing Co.’s RV/Marine Products division. He had been director of product marketing. Janet Scott was appointed vice president of human resources. She began with Shurflo in 1987 as personnel director.
* Massimo Arrigoni has been named Internet marketing manager for eSynch Corp. in Tustin. Arrigoni had been sales manager of Software Abroad in Washington, D.C.
* Richard Fink has joined the board of directors of TradePortal.com in Irvine. He is partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP.
* Tricia Esser is the new chief financial officer of the KTGY Group Inc. in Irvine. Esser, who has been with the company since its inception in 1991, has been a principal for four years.
* Robert Wussler and Edwin Cooperman have joined the board of directors of WorkSeek.com in Laguna Hlls. Wussler is the former president of CBS Television and CBS Sports, and later president of the Turner Broadcasting System. Cooperman is the former chairman of American Express Travel Related Services, North America, and former chairman of the Travelers Bank Group.
