Condo Writer to Speak at Seminar

Jan Hickenbottom, “Condo Q&A;” columnist for The Times, will be the featured speaker at a luncheon seminar sponsored by the Greater Los Angeles chapter of the Community Assns. Institute.

The luncheon will be March 29 at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles. Registration is at 11:30 a.m.; the seminar and lunch from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Hickenbottom will talk about some of the most common questions that she receives from Times’ readers, common misconceptions about association living and ways to encourage homeowner participation in the community.
