Comarco Inc.

The Irvine wireless-communications company reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.6 million, or 34 cents a share, down 20% from $2 million, or 40 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 declined 4% to $10.5 million. Net income for the year dropped 44% to $3.2 million, or 64 cents a share, from $5.7 million, or $1.13 a share, for the prior year. Revenue rose 15% to $39.2 million. The company is in the process of divesting its non-core operations.
