Quality Photographic Ends Talks With YARC Systems

Quality Photographic Imaging of Buena Park says it has ended merger talks with YARC Systems Corp. in Camarillo.

“We are continuing with our previously announced implementation of a complete facility upgrade program to ensure that we can meet increased product demand,” said John Capie, Quality Photographic president.

Capie said his company continues to work toward its goal of delivering a wider range of PhotoMotion products, for which it has held a patent since 1998.

YARC has developed software that integrates printing technologies with the Internet and Internet browsers. No reason was given for the end of merger talks.
