Coyote Network Systems Seeks OK for Name Change

Coyote Network Systems in Westlake Village, a telephony and Internet service provider, is seeking shareholder approval to change its name to Quentra Networks Inc.

Shareholders are expected to vote on the name change at the company’s next annual shareholders meeting.

“We believe a name change signals to the marketplace our exciting new positioning as a next-generation telephony and Internet service provider,” said James R. McCullough, chief executive officer.

“Quentra is based on the word ‘entrance.’ The company’s new service offering will allow customers an easy and fast entrance or gateway to services that will enhance their life experience, such as the Internet and the information and services it has to offer.”
