The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

ANAHEIM

* Brookhurst Street: Vandalism was reported in the 1300 block at 8:38 a.m. Monday.

BREA

* West Birch Street: Malicious mischief was reported in the 300 block at 11:31 p.m. Sunday.

* East Imperial Highway at South Shopping Mall Way: A noninjury traffic accident occurred at 1:21 p.m. Saturday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Brookhurst Street: Someone reportedly bought a vacuum with someone else’s credit card in the 16100 block at 1:21 p.m. Thursday.

* Brookhurst Street: Someone pretended to be a doctor in an attempt to get a prescription from Walgreen’s in the 15900 block at 2:51 p.m. Friday.

* Laurel Street: Someone stole gas from two cars in the 17000 block at 7 p.m. Thursday.

FULLERTON

* South Lemon Street: Police responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 1400 block at 12:04 a.m. Monday.

* West Brookdale Place: An auto theft was reported in the 100 block at 7:41 p.m. Sunday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Euclid Street at Westminster Avenue: A Westminster man was arrested on suspicion of possessing concealed firearms Thursday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Albacore Drive at Bluefin Lane: Someone was reported setting off illegal fireworks at 5:05 p.m. Saturday.

* Beach Boulevard: Someone stole a cell phone in the 16200 block at 12:31 p.m. Friday.

* Brookhurst Street: Someone shot a dog in the 21700 block at 6:57 p.m. Saturday.

LA HABRA

* South Beach Boulevard: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block at 11:02 p.m. Sunday.

* North Cypress Street: A structure fire was reported in the 800 block at 7:17 p.m. Sunday.

ORANGE

* Chapman Avenue: A burglary alarm was triggered in the 18000 block at 1:29 a.m. Sunday.

PLACENTIA

* Kraemer Boulevard at Alta Vista Street: A person in a red car was reported to have been flashing a spotlight into the eyes of motorists at 8:06 p.m. Friday.

* Lakeview Avenue at Orangethorpe Avenue: A group of juveniles was seen throwing rocks at passing vehicles at 7:44 p.m. Friday.

SANTA ANA

* La Cuesta Drive: A report of a burglary in the 2000 block at 7:31 p.m. on Saturday.

* Sandhurst Place: A report of vandalism in the 13200 block at 11:46 a.m. on Saturday.

STANTON

* Beach Boulevard: A narcotics violation was reported in the 11500 block at 11:39 a.m. Monday.

* Katella Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported in the 8600 block at 1:00 a.m. Monday.

VILLA PARK

* Valley Drive: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 19000 block at 5:25 p.m. Friday.

* Churchill Lane: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 18000 block at 2:02 p.m. Saturday.

WESTMINSTER

* Beach Boulevard: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 15400 block at 12:06 a.m. Sunday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Irvine, Laguna Beach, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Seal Beach, Tustin, and Yorba Linda.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the Web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
