Shindengen America Names New President

Peter Gajewski has been named president of Shindengen America of Westlake Village, which makes power conversion products.

He succeeds Masayoshi Hattori, who is retiring. Gajewski previously was senior vice president of the company.

In his new position, Gajewski will focus on selling semiconductors, power supplies and electromechanical devices to high growth markets.

Gajewski has been with the company since it was founded in 1987. Shindengen America is a subsidiary of the Japanese company Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Inc.
