Digital Insight Attributes Net Loss to Merger Costs

Digital Insight Corp. in Calabasas reported a net loss for the first quarter ended March 31 of $20.4 million, compared with a net loss of $2.7 million for the same quarter last year. Revenues rose to $10.4 million from $4.2 million. The loss included nonrecurring merger costs of $12.7 million, the company said.
