The Keith Companies Inc.
The Costa Mesa engineering and consulting services company posted net income of $762,000, or 13 cents a share, for the first quarter, up 61% from $472,000, or 13 cents a share, for the first quarter of 1999. Revenue advanced 38% to $12.4 million. The company said the acquisition of Thompson-Hysell in July added $2.7 million in revenue.
