* In “The Morning After: Is It All Over But the Shouting?” (Opinion, April 30), Roger C. Altman incorrectly asserts that the lure of dot-com gold has resulted in respected employers such as McKinsey & Co. unable to “even find enough entry-level candidates to interview.”

While technology start-ups are a compelling draw for many, McKinsey continues to attract the world’s best and brightest talent. In fact, MBA students again ranked McKinsey as the No. 1 organization they want to work for, according to the new UNIVERSUM survey conducted at the nation’s top business schools. McKinsey is having one of its best recruiting years ever.

The stock market is volatile. McKinsey’s magnetism to top talent remains constant.
