DIGS Becomes IVideoNow; 1st-Quarter Loss Reported

DIGS Inc. in Encino reported a net loss of $189,500 for the first quarter ended March 31, compared with a net loss of $157,000 for the same period last year. Revenue jumped to $217,000 from $48,000.

The company also announced it is changing the corporate name to IVideoNow Inc. to more effectively reflect the company’s Internet focus. The change coincides with the launch of the company’s eponymous Internet video screening player.

The company supplies multimedia and Internet communications solutions for corporations.
