A new dean of literature and languages will join the administration at Orange Coast College on July 1.

Michael Mandelkern comes from the College of New Rochelle’s Brooklyn campus, where he worked as chairman of the Humanities Department. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience at the college level and his expertise spills into film, script writing and 18thcentury studies.
