THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

BREA

* Berry Street at Central Avenue: A traffic accident involving an injury was reported at 8:07 p.m. Monday.

* West Central Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 900 block at 10:28 p.m. Monday.

* East Imperial Highway: Forgery was reported in the 1000 block at 4:12 p.m. Monday.

DANA POINT

* Del Obispo Street: A 20-year-old woman was cited on suspicion of petty theft in the 33000 block at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

* La Plaza: A 30-year-old man was cited on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer after deputies broke up a fight at a bar in the 34000 block at 1:15 a.m. Saturday.

* Pacific Coast Highway: A man reported his camera was stolen from his rental car in the 34000 block at 10 a.m. Saturday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Brookhurst Street: Someone stole a wallet from a woman’s purse while she was shopping in a store in the 16000 block at 1:04 p.m. Saturday.

* Circulo de Zapata: Someone spray-painted graffiti on a car and a mailbox in the 10300 block at 7:20 a.m. Saturday.

* Molt River Circle: Someone used someone else’s credit cards in the 9100 block at 1:16 p.m. Friday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Chapman Avenue: Three males were arrested on suspicion of burglary in the 9700 block at 12:35 a.m. Friday. The three suspects, two 18-year-olds and a 17-year-old, were allegedly burglarizing a Jacuzzi and spa shop when they were spotted by police and fled on foot. The officer caught one of the suspects and caught a second one hiding in nearby bushes. The third suspect was caught as the officer returned to the crime scene.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Beach Boulevard: An employee took computers from a business in the 17300 block at 9:46 a.m. Saturday.

* Main Street: Someone stole a cell phone from a car in the 2000 block at 1:46 p.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Agate Street: Gang graffiti was found on a city sign and a bench in the 100 block at 3:10 p.m. Monday.

* North Coast Highway: A reportedly drunk woman refused to pay for her hotel room in the 1400 block at 9:22 p.m. Monday.

* Glenneyre Street: Two potted plants were stolen from the front of a house in the 1400 block at 11 a.m. Monday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Green Avenue: A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of prowling in the 3900 block at 1:56 p.m. on Thursday. The suspect was seen running toward the street after being spotted engaged in lewd conduct while looking into a woman’s residential window. The suspect was stopped after being seen driving around the neighborhood many times after the incident.

ORANGE

* Rancho Santiago Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 11000 block at 10:44 p.m. Thursday.

PLACENTIA

* Angelina Drive: A resident reported a neighbor who was “howling and crying” at 10:43 p.m. Monday.

* West Center Drive: Theft of a stereo face plate from a car was reported at 4:14 p.m. Monday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Alipaz Street: A car stereo worth $300 was reported stolen in the 32000 block at 11:45 p.m. Saturday.

* Calle Conejo: A woman reported receiving annoying phone calls for the last five months in the 33000 block at 12:15 p.m. Saturday.

* Paseo Olivos: Two plants were reportedly stolen from a resident’s frontyard in the 31000 block at 10:15 a.m. Saturday.

SEAL BEACH

* Neptune Avenue at Seal Way: Police filed a vandalism report on graffiti found on a container holding a palm tree next to the jetty at 8:09 p.m. Sunday.

TUSTIN

* Livingston Street: Vandalism was reported in the 14000 block at 8:13 a.m. Saturday.

VILLA PARK

* Taft Avenue: A suspicious person was reported in the 18000 block at 4:20 p.m. Saturday.

* Alma Lane: A suspicious person was reported in the 10000 block at 4:25 p.m. Thursday.

YORBA LINDA

* Camino de los Cantos: Petty theft was reported in the 20600 block at 4:19 p.m. Monday.

* Channing Lane: Vandalism was reported in the 20300 block at 5:13 p.m. Monday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fullerton, Irvine, La Habra, La Palma, Newport Beach, Santa Ana and Westminster.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the Web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
