New Manager Appointed at Boeing’s Unit in Anaheim

Allen B. Ashby has been appointed vice president and general manager of Boeing Co.’s Electronic Systems & Missile Defense unit in Anaheim. Ashby succeeds Robert D. Paster, who announced his retirement after 38 years with the company. Ashby, who joined Boeing in 1967, was previously vice president and deputy general manager of the unit.

* James Baum has been appointed principal of LSA Associates Inc. in Irvine. He is chief financial officer of the environmental, community and transportation planning firm.

* Walter H. Dunn has been named senior advisor of business development for Go2 Systems Inc. in Irvine. Dunn was formerly senior vice president in the office of the chairman for Coca-Cola USA.

* Robert I. Webber has been named president and chief operating officer of MindArrow Systems in Aliso Viejo. Former chief operating officer Mark Grundy will become president of a new division. Before joining MindArrow, Webber was president, chief executive and director of Silicon Film Technologies, and president of Inari Inc.

* Karen Muscariello has been appointed director of community relations for Western Digital Corp. in Irvine. Muscariello has been with Western Digital since 1984 and most recently served as director of strategic sales operations.
