My Heroine

My mother is 45, works and goes to school. Now you could say, there are other mothers who do the exact same thing or even more. That’s true, but my mother handles many things. Besides raising two grown boys, she also raises her granddaughter and grandson.

I wonder all the time how my mother could handle all this and still have time to go grocery shopping. My mother also goes to church every Sunday and lives by the word of God. She influences her sons and grandchildren to do the right things and make the right decisions.

My mother has a small apartment and her bedroom is a storage room so she sleeps on the couch. I wish I could get her a bigger house so she would be able to sleep in a room of her own. If I can’t give her that much, I will always show her appreciation and love.
