Microsoft Learns From Elian Case

I see where Microsoft’s attorneys have decided to work with the government on resolving the antitrust suit, now that they’re facing a court-ordered breakup [“Microsoft Expected to Offer Mild Remedies,” May 8]. It appears that they’ve been getting advice on the fine art of negotiation from Elian Gonzalez’s Miami relatives.
