The Costa Mesa provider of long-distance service incurred a net loss of $1.7 million, or 10 cents a share, for the third fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $1 million, or 8 cents a share, for the same period of 1999. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $1.5 million from $204,573.
