Bridge Technology Inc.

The Garden Grove computer peripheral products company posted a first-quarter net loss of $64,084, or 1 cent a share. Bridge said the loss resulted from a write-off of goodwill from the 60% acquisition of CMS Technology Ltd. and an increase in research and development expenses. A year ago, the company earned $216,554, or 2 cents a share. Revenue increased to $21.8 million from $9.6 million.
