Kelley to Be Honored for Minority Casting

“The Practice” and “Ally McBeal” creator David E. Kelley will be among the honorees tonight at the seventh annual Media Achievement Awards sponsored by the Media Action Network for Asian Americans.

Kelley will be honored for his role in including Asian Americans and other minorities in his dramas.

The dinner will be held at the Gourmet Carousel restaurant in Chinatown and costs $60 a person.
