Rogan’s Alignment With McCain

* Re “McCain Tops Menu for Rogan’s $500-a-Plate Fund-Raiser,” May 11.

Isn’t this the John McCain who made campaign finance reform the centerpiece of his presidential campaign? Isn’t this the Congressman [James] Rogan who helped defeat the House version of the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation? I’m sure the Bel-Air fat cats who turn out for this dinner won’t let this irony distract them from their $500 meals.
