Cheesecake Factory Grants Stock Split Effective June 8

The Cheesecake Factory Inc. announced a 3-for-2 stock split of its outstanding common stock effective on the close of business on June 8, subject to shareholder approval.

The Calabasas-based company operates more than 34 restaurants and a commercial bakery.
