The National Council of Negro Women’s Orange County Section is holding a yard sale Saturday to raise funds for a banner to display at the Juneteenth Celebration. The event, being held June 17 in Santa Ana, is a celebration of the day African American slaves in Texas received the news of President Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation.
