ORA Electronics Sells Majority Stake to SATX

ORA Electronics Inc. of Chatsworth has sold a majority interest to SATX Inc. Under a stock-purchase agreement, majority shareholder Ruth Cooper sold SATX about 4 million shares of ORA stock. Cooper received cash, 400,000 shares of SATX stock and other considerations.

ORA Electronics develops interface solutions and peripheral accessories for wireless communication devices.
