Cerplex Group Inc. completed the sale of its U.K.-based repair and parts business to a joint venture owned by Teleplan Holding Europe B.V., a Dutch computer repair company, and A Novo S.A. in France.

The sale was wrapped up after receiving clearance from a U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, Teleplan said Wednesday. Cerplex, a Tustin-based provider of computer repair services, filed for bankruptcy protection in July after failing to make payments due on debt securities.

Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. The Cerplex unit, which is based in Enfield, England, had sales of $15.2 million last year and employs 140.

Teleplan also said in July that its U.S. subsidiary agreed to buy four Cerplex units in Kentucky, Massachusetts and California.
