Printronix Will Take $300,000 Charge

Printronix Inc. said Friday that it will take a $300,000 charge in the third quarter for the relocation of its RJS unit to Irvine from Santa Fe Springs. In a news release, the Irvine maker of computer printers said the charge will be offset by improved future business results. Printronix said the move is expected to be completed by the end of November. The company’s stock closed at $9.13 a share, unchanged from Thursday’s close.
