Net Income Up, Revenue Down for Electro Rent

Electro Rent Corp. of Van Nuys reported net income of $8.9 million for the first quarter that ended Aug. 31, up 38% from $6.5 million for the same period last year. Revenue dipped to $57.3 million from $62.8 million.
