Renting to Sailors

Share

Smart landlords near Navy facilities register their vacancies and upcoming vacancies with the local Navy housing office so that people like my son, who was recently transferred from Rhode Island to San Diego, can obtain information and arrange for a rental a couple of months before the move.

In addition they have a setup that allows for the payment of rent and utilities during periodic deployments.
