* H. R. Textron Inc. in Valencia has won a $213,113 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for valves.

* Hill Aerospace & Defense LLC in Chatsworth has won a $110,250 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for carriage assemblies.
