The Costa Mesa provider of long-distance service said it lost $1.1 million, or 5 cents a share, for its fiscal first quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 8 cents a share, for the comparable period last year. Revenue rose to $2.8 million from $139,095.
