Citizens Business Bank Names Glasgow VP

Phillip Glasgow has been appointed vice president and banking officer of Citizens Business Bank’s Katella office. He was previously a business banking officer for Bank of America and managing director of Glasgow and Associates, a management group assisting the Comptroller of Currency.

* Chris Wales has been appointed manager, relocation services, for Paragon Decision Resources Inc. in Rancho Santa Margarita. He was formerly transportation coordinator, client services consultant and most recently, senior relocation consultant.

* John Perrine has been named general manager of the Center Club in Costa Mesa, a subsidiary of Dallas-based ClubCorp. He had most recently been ClubCorp’s Western regional membership director and was the Center Club’s membership director from 1994 to 1998.

* Jennifer Binai has joined the Roxburgh Agency Inc. in Costa Mesa as an advertising account coordinator. She previously worked at Edwards & McCaslin, a Northern California advertising and public relations agency specializing in the real estate industry.
