The Fountain Valley provider of hardware and software for retailers lost $590,000, or 20 cents a share, in its fiscal fourth quarter, contrasted with a profit of $741,000, or 28 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 decreased 45% to $4.4 million. For the year, the net loss totaled $746,000, or 28 cents a share, contrasted with profit of $1.5 million, or 59 cents a share, for the prior year. Revenue fell 23% to $21.3 million.
