Philip J. Reilly Elementary School will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday for its new shade structure on the school playground.
The $35,000 structure was paid for by donations and fund-raisers hosted by the school. Teachers, students and parents raised more than $15,000 for its construction, school officials said. The ceremony will be held at 8:55 a.m. on the playground, 24171 Pavion. Information: (949) 454-1590.
