* Hauser Inc., a Westlake Village industrial design firm, has added three people to its staff, President Stephen Hauser said.
Mechanical engineer Steve Ijams, industrial designer Reiko Abo and marketer Candice-Leigh Baumgardner have joined the 34-year-old company that specializes in industrial and product design.
* Lori Rose has joined the Oxnard-based law firm of Hiepler & Hiepler as a legal assistant.
Rose has served on the board of directors of the Ventura County Assn. of Legal Assistants.
* Haig Setian has been named the East Coast sales director for Technicolor, the Camarillo-based maker of videocassettes, CDs and DVDs.
Setian comes to Technicolor from Valley Media/Star Video Entertainment, where he was national account manager.
* Lynda Weinman, founder of the Ojai Digital Arts Center, was presented with the Golden Horn-Rims Award last week by GirlGeeks, a group for women involved in the information technology industry.
Weinman, founder and president of Lynda.com, has spent her 20-year career in design and animation.
