Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.
Donald John Walker, 19, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon. He last lived in the 2200 block of Edelweiss Street in Oxnard and last worked for an Oxnard paneling company.
He is white, 5 feet 11, 220 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes; he has a Viking tattooed on his left arm.
Ernest Foster Morgan Jr., 44, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for drunk driving.
He last lived in the 1800 block of Thompson Boulevard and last worked at a Ventura bowling alley.
He is black, 6 feet 2, 175 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Guadalupe Romero Jiminez, 22, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for causing injury to a child. She last lived in the 2000 block of Sierra Place in Oxnard.
She is Latina, 5 feet 8, 180 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She also uses the name Guadalupe Romero.
Marcia Ann Swanson, who also uses the last names Whitley, Walters and Weiser, 35, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of vehicle theft and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
She last worked at an Oxnard paint store and last lived in the 4800 block of Terrace Avenue in Oxnard. She is white, 5 feet 5, 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
