Dr. Thomas D. Fogel, a radiation oncologist at Cabrillo Radiation Oncology Center in Ventura, has been elected to the 32-member board of the American Cancer Society. Fogel is one of six new members on the board.
He has been an American Cancer Society volunteer since 1990.
