“I had a white Burgundy, an ’81 Chambolle-Musigny. I happened to come into a half bottle of it, and a friend and I drank it. It’s perfect for two people. It was delicious. It was everything a white Burgundy should be; it had wonderful fruit, a full body, long finish and was still very fresh. It would easily last another five or 10 years.”
