The City Council will consider at its Wednesday meeting two requests for developments at the Talega Business Park, near Avenida la Pata and Avenida Pico.

Taico Properties Inc. seeks to develop 11 single-story buildings, shared-access surface parking, landscaping and other improvements. The lots, ranging from 4,005 to 6,797 square feet, would combine office, manufacturing and warehouse space.

Burke-Talega Partners LLC wants to construct 15 two-story buildings that would range from 4,992 to 12,143 feet for office, manufacturing and warehouse uses.
