Andrew Donchak Gets V.P. Post at Autobytel.com

* Andrew F. Donchak has been appointed senior vice president, chief marketing officer for Autobytel.com in Irvine. Donchak was most recently vice president of marketing at Navigation Technologies. He was also at the advertising agency BBDO Worldwide for more than 15 years.

* Harriet B. Alexson has joined the Santa Ana law firm of Hart, King & Coldren. Her title is “of counsel.” She was formerly a partner with Loeb and Loeb. In addition, Bruce W. Dannemeyer, formerly with Palmieri, Tyler, Wiener, Wilhelm & Waldren, was named a senior associate.

* Bill Rice has been appointed vice president of strategic partnerships at Irvine-based GA eXpress, formerly known as General Automation Inc. He had been vice president of sales. Scott Carroll was named product marketing manager. Carroll joined the company from GTE Enterprise Solutions, where he was part of the product management team. Carroll has also held development and management positions at Computer Associates, PageAhead Software and McDonnell Dettwiler and Associates.

* Wayne Eaton has been appointed sales manager-new business development for California Software Corp. in Irvine. Before joining the company, Eaton assisted in the development, implementation and management of sales call centers for GMAC, Ad Systems and Computer Machine Tool.

* Steven L. Bennett has been added to the board of directors of Universal Broadband Networks Inc. in Irvine. Bennett has a private consulting practice. He was chief information officer of First American Corp. from 1995 through 1999.

* Jeffery Flocken has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer for St. Joseph Health System in Orange. He was previously vice president, health system development.
