Vincenti Joins FutureLink as Senior VP
Ross Vincenti has been named senior vice president and general counsel for FutureLink Corp. in Lake Forest. Vincenti was previously vice president and deputy general counsel for Long Beach Mortgage Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Washington Mutual Inc. He was also assistant general counsel and corporate secretary for Transamerica Corp. and an attorney with the FDIC, specializing in structured loan workouts and settlements.
* Patricia Spielberg has joined Ware & Malcomb Architects Inc. in Irvine as senior designer for the Interiors Group. She was formerly an in-house project coordinator for the Capital Group Companies.
* Denise Bergstrom has been promoted from director of association management to vice president of Keystone Property Management Inc. in Irvine. Bergstrom, who has been with the company since 1992, will oversee operations of the property management division.
* David A. Watson has joined Enfrastructure in Aliso Viejo as chief information officer. He had been chief information officer for Edwards Lifesciences.
* Jeannie Burns has been appointed executive director and chief executive of the Girl Scout Council of Orange County. She previously held the same position with the Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council, which serves San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
* Greg Ganger has joined the technology advisory board of Procom Technology in Irvine. He is professor of electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon, heads the university’s Data Storage Systems Center and is co-director of the Parallel Data Laboratory.
* David A. Cropper has been named vice president of sales for the North American operations of Magic Software Enterprises. Cropper had been with Remedy Corp. and before that held sales management positions with Centura Software Corp., Software AG of North America and Pilot Executive Software.
* Thomas J. Baron has joined the board of directors of Orange Coast Title Co. in Santa Ana. Baron is president and sole stockholder in Re/Max Premier Realty, Irvine Home Loans Inc. and Brickstone Escrow Inc.
