Verizon Stake

Verizon Wireless agreed to acquire an additional 24.2% stake in Sacramento Valley, which provides wireless service in Northern California and Nevada, from Roseville Communications Co. Verizon Wireless would own 76.6% of the partnership when the deal closes. The remaining stake is owned by Centennial Cellular Corp.
