Attack on Cole
* The Cole incident produces a lot of sympathetic rhetoric but tends to negate the lack of security surrounding a billion-dollar ship in less than friendly waters. There is no way a foreign contractor should be allowed anywhere near a U.S. warship unescorted. Put the blame where it belongs, in the lap of lapsed vigilance on the part of the U.S. Navy.
