Ford Explorers

* Re “Ford Passed Up Chance to Boost Explorer’s Stability,” Oct. 18: I’ve had Explorers for eight years now and have never rolled either of them. The reason that apparently is overlooked by most drivers I see? I know it’s a truck, not a car, and you have to be a little more responsible, which seems to be beyond the comprehension of many SUV drivers.
